I believe we all know why we are stressed. The stress can be taking action to removing that stressor. My goal is to empower others to have the courage to act on overcoming their stress.
My purpose in creating this blog is to help you define the stress and give you ways to relieve stress in your life. If nothing is done, stress can takeover your whole being and cause significant health issues.
